These terms apply when you use cabingirlgranola.com or buy from Cabin Girl Granola LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company. By placing an order you agree to them.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm and ship. If something is out of stock, priced incorrectly, or an order looks fraudulent, we may cancel before shipping and refund you in full — you will not be charged for an order we cancel.
Prices are in US dollars and may change, though a change never affects an order already placed. Card payments are processed by Square; your card details go directly to Square and we never see them. Wisconsin does not tax most food products, so no sales tax is charged on our granola. The total shown at checkout is what you pay.
We ship to the continental United States only (the lower 48 states and DC). We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.
Shipping is quoted live from the carriers based on your address, the weight of your order and the box it fits, and is shown before you pay. Delivery estimates come from the carrier and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier, but if a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, tell us — see below.
Please double-check your shipping address. We cannot recover a parcel delivered to an address you entered incorrectly, though we'll always try to help.
Granola is a perishable food, so we don't accept returns of opened product for hygiene reasons. What we do instead: if your granola arrives damaged, stale, or simply isn't right, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it. No arguing, no fuss. Just send us a message with your order number and, if it's damaged, a photo if you can.

Our granola is made in a licensed commercial kitchen by a ServSafe Certified Manager, using certified gluten-free oats. However, our blends contain or may come into contact with tree nuts, peanuts, coconut and seeds. We cannot guarantee any product is free of a given allergen. Please read the ingredients on each product page, and if you have a serious allergy, ask us before ordering. Waggin' Oats is made for dogs and is not for human consumption.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it. We may suspend an account used for fraud or abuse.
Reviews may only be left by signed-in customers who have bought the product they're reviewing. By submitting a review you confirm it's your honest opinion and you grant us permission to publish it on the site. We moderate reviews before publishing and may decline ones that are off-topic, abusive, or contain personal information — but we do not remove a review just for being critical.
The Cabin Girl Granola name, logo, recipes, photography and site content belong to us. Please don't copy or reuse them commercially without asking. You may of course share links.
Wholesale orders are arranged separately and may be subject to their own terms, minimums and pricing. Get in touch through the contact form.
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. We don't exclude liability for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or personal injury caused by our negligence. Nothing here affects your statutory consumer rights.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published when you place your order.
